Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped via FedEx Ground are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders shipped via Expedited Services are shipped 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Orders shipped via FedEx Same Day Delivery are shipped immediately, 365 days a year.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We cannot be held responsible for extreme weather events, pandemics, civil disorder or armed conflicts.

FedEx Ground Delivery Times:

West Coast: 3-4 business days
East Coast: 5 – 7 business days
MidWest USA: 3-4 business days
AK, HI, PR, Guam: 7 – 10 days – shipped via USPS Priority Mail

International Delivery Times:
All times are subject to customs clearance, something we have absolutely no control over.

Western Europe: About 7 days via International Economy, 3-4 days via International Express (expensive)
Easter Europe: About 10 – 14 days via International Economy, 7-10 days via International Express (really expensive)
Asia: About 7 days via International Economy, 3-4 days via International Express (expensive)
Africa: Who knows. South Africa – about 7 – 10 days. The rest of the continent – depends on country and flight schedules.
Antarctica About 6 – 8 months. Depending on ship traffic.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses as long as the address is verified via PayPal, or if we have received payment via wire transfer.
We will however verify your identity and the address if we suspect any fraud.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages insures all shipments for the actual purchase amount.
If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to allow us to file an insurance claim.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us, as well as the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please take photos of any damage.

Bottom Line:
We will do everything within our powers to:
1. ship as soon as your payment is received.
2. complete all required customs paperwork.
3. package everything carefully and double check all outgoing shipments.
4. try to get out the orders the same day that they were received – our shipping deadline is 3 pm on weekdays, 10 AM on Saturdays.

But, we are not superheroes, our time machine isn’t working well these days and we, too have to get some rest every once in a while.
We can work with your shipper / forwarder / etc. In that case, insurance, tracking, customs, or any problems that arise are between you and the shipper you contract with.
We have, in the past driven packages to the Denver airport.
There is a $ 120 fee for that service as it is a 100 mile round trip.

Therefore, please place your orders and pay sooner than later, especially if you are going abroad and need this delivered before your departure.
